Day 45: Tribune

I’m officially in Kansas! Only four states to go! I’m taking it easy right now as I’m expecting to meet my lovely woman here in Wichita on the 16th. I’m resisting the urge to zoom through because the miles in Kansas are fast. I’ll play catchup later. But I’ve been relaxing and having a good time. I’m running into more and more cyclists! I’ve spent the evening with Adam, who’s doing 100+ days. Earlier I met a couple guys who are doing 120 mile days!

Tribune’s a small town but I got a shower at the pool, did my laundry and made some good chow at the park. Me and Adam powered through some burritos and veggies.

Kansas is windy. People say it’s flat and boring. But right now I’m meeting enough people to keep it interesting!
