Day 69: Resting in Sebree

Today was a very relaxing day. I slept in, made breakfast, and played some sudoku. I’m finally able to complete the ‘i’m clinically insane’ difficulty level. 🙂

I hung out in town and checked out a couple antique stores and a flea market. I then went back and did my laundry and fell asleep reading some Mark Twain(in a good way). The day meandered lazily in this way. Another cyclist showed up, Brett, who is a nice guy. Physics geek, so we get along. 🙂 we had catfish and hush puppies for dinner and chatted about bikes, colleges, video games.

Tomorrow is 4th of July, which poses some interesting challenges for camping. It looks like we may have to look for a place to stealth camp. And enjoy the fireworks.

I bought my return ticket! I leave from Richmond, Va the 26th. As of today I have 1010 miles to complete, and 22 days to complete it in! I expect to be complete by the 20th or so, and the last week will be time to relax and wrap up. It feels strange talking about completing this journey, because I’ve been o the road for so long!

ps your idea of unique Baby name? “Amoni”/That’s pretty unique. Uncle Chuck was named for Grandma Hill’s baby brother that Drowned in the laundry tub when he was 2 years old. She was about 7 then.
