3 months ago to the day I was in Oregon, getting ready for my big adventure. And now I’m finally back in Tucson! Wow, it feels like ages since I’ve been back! I’ve done so much and now I’m back on my comfy sofa. Paola is upstairs sleeping right now. She has moved in while I was gone and did a great job of combining her style with mine! 🙂
I had a fun time with Jim and Eileen over in Poquoson. I’d really like to thank them a ton for being so nice to me but they did break the rules and didn’t let me pay at dinner one night. 🙂 I spent the day in Williamsburg and Yorktown and got a good feel of the colonial history of Virginia, which is wide and varied.
I also danced with a teenage girl at a living history museum. They were trying hard to get people to volunteer, but noone would dance. People get all hung up about dancing, especially with people they don’t know. She needed a partner so I just stepped up. Williamsburg is a fun place!
Anyway, the blog is officially winding down, but I will be writing at least one last article, a kind of ‘best of’ and ‘worst of’ entry, showcasing some of my favorite and most interesting parts of the trip! stay tuned!

Glad that you and Paola are together again! I’m sure she missed you tons. :o) Thanks for taking us on your journey with you. It was much fun and I didn’t have to do all the work. Nice.
Chris, thank you for including us in your adventure. You were truly a joy to have in the house and are always welcome anytime. Glad to know you are home safely. Thanks you for your kind words and generosity. Jim and Eileene
